How long does shipping take?

Order to delivery will take up to 2 weeks. With the exception of orders placed during sales. We do not offer international shipping.

I accidentally entered the wrong shipping address and I’m unable to retrieve my package from where it was delivered. Can you send me a new package?

Unfortunately, you must retrieve the order from where it was delivered or place a new order with the correct address. In this instance, replacements and refunds cannot be granted.

Return & Exchange Policy

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final once shipped.

Refund requests are granted for orders that have not been shipped. In the event your order arrives damaged, email info@buttermansflavours.com for a refund or replacement within 7 calendar days of delivery.

Shipping and delivery errors and inquiries must be communicated directly to the courier indicated within your shipping confirmation email.
